오산세교·용인이동·구리토평 등 5곳에 8만가구 신규택지 조성
국토부 8만가구 공급 신규택지 발표 구리토평에 한강조망 특화 주거단지 오산세교3지구 반도체 클러스터입지 용인이동, IT인재 위한 배후정주도시 청주분평·제주화북도 지역활력 개발
경기도 구리시와 오산시, 용인시 등 3개 지구에 총 6만5000가구의 신규 택지가 조성된다. 청주시 서원구와 제주시 화북동 일대 2개 지구도 신규 택지로 선정돼 총 1만4500가구가 공급된다. 15일 국토교통부는 구리토평2(1만8500가구), 오산세교3(3만1000가구), 용인이동(1만6000가구), 청주 분평(9000가구), 제주화북2(5500가구) 등 총 5개 지구를 신규 택지로 선정하고 일대에 총 8만가구를 공급한다고 밝혔다. 구리토평2는 1만8500가구가 공급될 신규 택지로 한강 변이면서 서울 동부권과 맞닿아 서울과 수도권 주민들의 주택수요가 높은 곳이다. 정부는 한강 변의 입지 장점을 살려 주거단지는 한강 조망으로 특화한다. 또 신성장 혁신 기업들을 유치할 수 있는 공간을 조성할 계획이다. 수변의 여가·레저 공간을 활용하는 리버프론트 시티로 만들어질 예정이다. 상봉역(7호선, GTX-B), 망우역(경의중앙선), 장자호수공원역(별내선)과 연계하는 대중교통 내·외부 순환 계획으로 철도교통 접근성도 개선된다.
